As a call center/wholesale desk manager, you will be mainly responsible for the following while cooperating with other function managers and subordinates.
・Establishment of an operator training system
・Training for operators
・Evaluation and management of response quality of operators including vendors
・In addition, promotion and operation management of measures taken at the call center

Responding to inquiries about contract details, various trial calculations, and procedure requests from customers who subscribe to our company

[Wholesale desk]
Responding to inquiries about new contracts, existing contracts, and system operation methods from bank employees of outsourced companies and our wholesalers

Qualification requirements:
Mandatory requirements/
・Graduated from a 4-year university or higher (required)
・Response quality control experience at a call center (required)

・Experience working in the life insurance industry (preferred)

・Communication (writing skills, presentation skills) (required)
・In the second half of the first month after joining the company, you will take an industry common exam (general course exam) (required), and then take various industry common exams.
