Engage underwriting teams and brokers in cybersecurity education, thought leadership, and sales training on service delivery
Develop and continuously revise the cyber risk engineering process
Identify customer areas of weakness, work with internal and external resources, and build solutions to improve the customer's risk profile
Collaborate with the data analytics team to provide analytics to customers
Lead the process of creating accident cases based on actual incident information
Support the development of insurance products and accompanying lecture activities
External parties
Management of client service processes including service plan development, service coordination, report review and stewardship meetings
Evaluate existing risk controls to protect assets such as customer information security tools, vendor contracts, and insurance policies. And find gaps where hazards and vulnerabilities can cause unexpected losses and liabilities. Provide cyber advisory services and improve the risk quality of your account
Quantify the probability and severity of potential direct and indirect impacts (e.g. liabilities, fines, interruptions, opportunity costs, contingent impact on others, etc.)
Help customers grow and maintain their security expertise
Assisting in the conception and development of new insurance and risk services that can be offered to existing customers Developing improvement plans for new cyber customers and industry groups
Expanding services to cover all aspects of risk management / Considering ways to avoid, prevent, mitigate, legally transfer and financially guarantee new hazards discovered in our operations
Presenting high-level risk reviews and analysis to executive boards, industry leaders, privacy regulators, national security agencies, and others
Research, identify, evaluate, select and negotiate partners to expand the value-added services they bring to cyber risk management
Lead discussions with brokers and clients on cyber underwriting models, external portals, summary assessment reports and executive summary reports
Lead discussions with partners and customers on cybermatics to gain additional participation in this strategic program
Qualification requirements:
・Highest educational background/bachelor's degree or equivalent
・Excellent written and oral presentation skills (Japanese and English)
・More than 5 years of security experience
Desirable experience and qualifications
・Some type of qualification related to network security (such as CISSP)
・Threat engineering knowledge and skills
- Penetration testing and/or forensic investigation skills
・Consulting or technical consulting experience
・Experience as a partner in an IT security firm, etc.
・Empirical experience with survey tools
・Experience in business development preferred
