My job is to make the rice and side dishes for the bento.
Meat, fish, and vegetables prepared the day before are grilled, boiled, and fried.
Tools to use ~ We will use commercial equipment such as cooking pots, fryers, and steam convection ovens.
At first, it may be big and surprising, but once you get used to it, you may not notice it.
Basically, you don't have to worry about cooking because the manual and employees will teach you carefully so that it is not difficult.

Awajiya Co., Ltd. is a food manufacturing company headquartered in Kobe, founded in 1903 and making ekiben for 120 years.

We are a company that makes unique bento boxes that are not only eaten but also enjoyed after eating, such as Hipparidako Meshi, which is rice and side dishes in an octopus pot, and JR Freight Container Bento, which is a bento box made from a cargo container.

[Working factory]
The Awajiya Tokyo Factory, located in Shikahama, Adachi-ku, Tokyo (outer ring 7), was completed in May 2021. However, due to the corona crisis, the factory will not be in operation for two years and three months, and it is a new factory that just started operation in August last year.
It is an ekiben factory that delivers bento made here to stations and shops in the metropolitan area.

[Working environment]
It's a factory that hasn't even been a year yet, so it's very beautiful. In order to produce hygienic food, we always maintain a clean environment.
Working staff will be required to wear sanitary clothing (from hats to shoes).

There are about 5 cooking staff members that we are looking for this time, and we are waiting for those who can work together.

Hourly wage 1100 yen ~ 1300 yen
