Workflow
Insurance accidents and suspicious cases come to the investigation department via the customer consultation department.
① Preparation
Confirm contract status using in-house maintenance system, etc. Check for consistency with the customer's or reporter's story.
②Investigation
Interviews with handlers, customers, related parties, etc. Judgment as to whether or not it is the person's identity based on the content of the hearing.
③Post-processing
Preparation of reports, preparation of disposition plans, submission to the Disciplinary Committee, notification to the Financial Services Agency and Finance Bureau, etc.
Qualification requirements:
* University graduate or above
* Sales office manager/management experience at a life insurance company
* Persons with sufficient knowledge and experience regarding life insurance
* Highly skilled in information analysis and interpersonal negotiation skills
