You will be in charge of the agency and the promotion of our products.
・Promotion of sales to agents (proposing sales plans, providing sales information)
・Training and sales guidance for agents (product training, etc.)
・Development of new large-scale wide-area agents and regional agents
*Since we will be selling through agencies, 90% of our work will be done by existing agencies, and our goal is to establish around 3 to 4 new agencies a year.
There are almost no rush calls for new establishments, and we rely mainly on introductions from other companies and existing agents and information on the web, allowing us to conduct customer-oriented sales while leveraging our past experience.
Qualification requirements:
University graduate or above
Sales experience at a financial institution
(Those over 30 years old must have life insurance sales experience)
Regular car license holder
Language ability/Japanese
English is not required
The person you are looking for/
We are looking for someone with the communication skills to accurately understand the requests of the agencies in charge, and the drive to quickly respond to requests.

Hokkaido, Tokyo, Osaka, Aichi, Fukuoka

None for the time being
Relocation decisions will be made after consultation.
Working hours:
Principle 9/00~17/00 (actual working hours 7 hours. Flex system available)
Regarding overtime, overtime is expected to be approximately 30 hours per month.
In addition to working from home, we have also introduced full flextime, allowing for extremely flexible working styles.
Annual income/salary:
5 million yen ~ 10.49 million yen
