You will be responsible for the following duties regarding medical insurance, cancer, death protection, and new field products.
(1) Product planning, design, and development, revision of existing products (including support up to launch) (70%)
(2) Research on industry trends and competitors' products (10%)
(2) Revision or abolition of product regulations (5%)
(3) Report to group office (5%)
(5) Coordination with related internal departments related to the above (10%)
Qualification requirements:

People who understand insurance products (particularly those with experience in payment assessment work in the third sector are particularly welcome)
・Ability to analyze survey results in detail and focusing on small points
・Those who can persistently tackle problems and find solutions
・Communication with internal and external stakeholders

・Those who have been involved in some kind of product development planning
・English proficiency (reading and writing)

Working hours:
9:00~17:00 (actual work 7 hours 00 minutes, break 1 hour 00 minutes)

Annual income/salary:
5 million yen ~ 13.49 million yen
The following includes variable compensation. It also depends on your experience.
・Staff/5 to 9 million yen
・Assistant Manager/8.5-11 million yen
・Manager/11-13 million yen
