The Awajiya Tokyo Factory, located in Shikahama, Adachi-ku, Tokyo (ring 7 outer ring), was completed in May 2021. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the factory has not been in operation for about two years, and this is a new factory that only started operation in August last year. This is an ekiben factory whose role is to deliver the bentos made here to stations and shops throughout the Tokyo metropolitan area.

The factory is less than a year old, so it's very clean. We always maintain a clean environment to produce hygienic food. All staff working at the facility will be required to wear sanitary clothing (from hats to shoes).

We are recruiting for approximately 20 serving staff, and we are looking for people who can work with us. This is a new factory that started operating last year. We are gradually increasing the number of products we manufacture, so we are always looking for people to work with us. We receive many requests from our customers, so we welcome anyone who would like to work with us.
Working hours/days of the week:
Basic factory operating hours: 8:00-17:00.
We will decide on your work style while consulting with you, such as ``I want to enroll in social insurance'' and ``I want to work within the scope of my dependents.''
8:00-16:00 (7 hours of actual work/1 hour of break)
10:00-14:00 (4 hours of actual work/no breaks)
Work 1 to 5 times a week For example: Weekdays only, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only, or a combination of weekdays and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
