nice to meet you! My name is Sugimoto from Chateraise Higashikoshigaya store and I am in my third year with the company! She is 27 years old and her hobby is music! Since I graduated from a music college, I often play instruments and interact with music on my days off! My previous job was working at a hotel, but when I got married and moved, I changed jobs here.

Actually, my dream since kindergarten was to become a cake shop owner. Chateraise is a popular store where locals gather, and they sell a variety of sweets, from Japanese sweets to Western sweets, so I thought there was a lot to learn, so I chose our store.

At our store, we have a qualification called ``Meister'' that allows people to be involved in making sweets, and I took the exam to become a ``Meister,'' which is my dream! In addition to selling, I also make apple pies and cakes!

It feels like a dream I had when I was in kindergarten has come true! What's fun about working is that there are seasonal events, so I never get tired of working every day! You can create event flyers, sample enhanced products, create stamp cards, and do all sorts of other creative things, giving you the feeling of being at a cultural festival.

Our staff includes 4 employees, 1 associate, and 12 APs. We have people of all ages, from high school students to people in their 50s. We all get along well, and we exchange information about things that made us happy with our customers and work, and we value communication!

At Chateraise, you will be responsible for customer service, cash register, stocking, etc.
Once you get used to it and become a master, you can bake apple pies.
You can also try your hand at making sweets such as cake decoration!

・Opening work such as cleaning up deliveries, sorting, stocking, displaying etc.
・Customer service (cashier work, product information, cake sales, packaging, etc.)
・Work in the freezer (defrosting cake, etc.)
・Wrapping and cake plate writing and decoration
*If you become a Meister, you will be entrusted with the task of baking apple pies.
*For events, we can entrust the creation of POP and flyers to people who like designing and drawing illustrations.

【The flow of the day】
8:00/Go to work! Preparation for opening the store, such as cleaning up deliveries, sorting, stocking, and displaying items.
9:00/Open! Many customers, including families, come to the store. Customer service and cashier work.
12:00/Break. The atmosphere is quite lively as we talk about our private lives!
13:00/Resuming work! You can thaw frozen cakes so that customers can have fun choosing them, and once you get used to it, you can also do wrapping, writing on cake plates, and decorating! You will need some tips, but don't worry, our seniors will teach you carefully!
