While exchanging opinions with the president (in his 30s), we will promote management innovation and evolution from the human side, such as strategic reconstruction of the personnel system of the entire group, reconstruction of compensation design, reconstruction of new graduates, mid-career recruitment, and training (development).
Depending on your experience, you can challenge not only personnel affairs but also planning and promotion for business efficiency.
