While exchanging opinions with the president (in his 30s), we will promote management innovation and evolution from the human side, such as strategic reconstruction of the personnel system of the entire group, reconstruction of compensation design, reconstruction of new graduates, mid-career recruitment, and training (development).
Depending on your experience, you can challenge not only personnel affairs but also planning and promotion for business efficiency.

As part of the training, you will have hands-on experience in the field to deepen your understanding of the business. After that, we will share the issues of the entire group with the president, and the president will incorporate concrete measures.
