[Expected role]
In the production of raw materials such as toner materials, pigments, and battery materials for copy machines, the following four processes are used.
Each person will gain experience and eventually manage members as a process leader.
You will be responsible for work progress management, reporting, etc.
[Job details]
(1) Packaging work
The raw materials in bags are set on a small crane and fed into manufacturing equipment, where they are put into special 20 kg bags.
Fill, wrap, and close the bag to complete.
(2) Warehouse management/loading/unloading (forklift)
Raw materials are unloaded based on the day's arrival/shipment plan. Shipping the finished product
Transportation to warehouses and trucks for delivery, input of arrival and departure status into computer
(3) Machine operator
Checking whether production is progressing without problems at each station while operating the machines,
Input production amount, progress, etc. using a computer
(4) Inspection/measurement
Creating samples for products used in factories, inspecting/measuring using measuring equipment, and inputting results.
