[Expected role/duties]
While exchanging opinions with the president (in his 30s), you will be involved in organizational development, new graduate/mid-career recruitment, restructuring of training (development), human resource allocation, etc. for the entire group company. In 2020, Gendai became president, and the company is currently undergoing an organizational transformation. We are actively working on organizational development, and we are working on promoting management innovation and evolution from the perspective of human resources as a management issue. Based on your experience and the characteristics gained through your work, we would like you to take on challenges in the future, not only in human resources work, but also in planning, promotion, and management positions to improve business efficiency.

As part of our training, you will gain hands-on experience and deepen your understanding of our business. After that, you will share the issues faced by the entire group with the president, and the president will specifically incorporate the measures that he or she has in mind. In the future, we hope that you will be able to think about and implement measures to improve your organization on your own.

Currently, the head office administration department is led by the general affairs manager (in his 40s), and consists of personnel recruitment (2 people in their 20s), accounting (4 people in their 40s and 50s), and systems (2 people in their 30s).
