* Warehouse department manager

・Planning and execution of the Sakurajima Warehouse Operation Policy
・ Budget formulation and performance management within the Sakurajima warehouse department
・Sakurajima warehouse operation work safety management
・Sakurajima warehouse operation production plan formulation
・Storage and delivery of merchandise at the Sakurajima Warehouse
Carrying out storage operations
・ Productivity improvement of Sakurajima warehouse operation
・Product inventory management at Sakurajima Warehouse
・Labor and attendance management of department members

* General Manager of Transport Department

・Development and execution of operation plans for own department
・Budget creation and budget management for own department
・In-house operation team, safety management of delivery team, operation management, labor management
・Management of vehicles owned by own department
・Planning and execution to improve the efficiency of delivery to bases nationwide
・Optimization of operating costs
・Planning and execution of in-house L1M network construction

* Courier Section Manager

・Formulation and execution of operation plans
・Budget creation, budget management
・Safety management, operation management, and labor management of our own delivery team
・Vehicle renewal plan creation, inspection plan creation, vehicle management
・Quality control of delivery consignees
・Planning and execution of in-house L1M network construction
