In order to put into practice the “customer-centric principle” that is the basic philosophy of our company and our group, the Customer Satisfaction Promotion Office collects customer feedback, evaluates and analyzes it, and feeds it back to related departments and management. Qualification requirements:
* Required experience

・Experience creating analysis materials, proposal materials, training materials, etc.
* Required skills
・Logical thinking ability (to evaluate and analyze customer feedback)
・Interpersonal skills (for dealing with customers and dealing with other departments within the company)
・Independent autonomy (to proceed with work independently)
・ Word, Excel, Power point skills (generally necessary to perform the above work)
