job description:
Under the direction of your superior, you will be involved in work related to the maintenance of the insurance sales management system of our company and agents, focusing on the investigation of suspected compliance violations.
1. Investigation of suspected compliance violations
・Operation and management of investigation work
・Response to dispute resolution cases such as adjudication committees

2. Operations related to sales management
・Development of compliance system for sales ・Planning and operation associated with promotion inside and outside the company
・Planning and operation of compliance with laws and regulations related to sales management
・Planning and operation of in-house training on sales management

Qualification requirements:
・Graduated from a 4-year university or higher

Required experience/
Life insurance company or insurance sales agency experience in one of the following departments (required)
・Compliance-related departments
・Person in charge of compliance promotion, etc. in the sales management department or sales department
・Insurance Contract Management Department

Experience/
・Experience in investigating cases of suspected compliance violations (preferred)

Qualifications/
・ Basic PC skills (word, excel, power point) (required)
・Communication (writing skills, presentation skills) (required)
・English proficiency (preferred)
* Those who have no allergies to English and are willing to continuously improve their English skills
・Knowledge equivalent to life insurance course or life insurance university course course (preferred)

Annual Income/Salary:
5.5 million yen ~ 7.99 million yen

・Assumed annual income: 5.5 million to 7.5 million (negotiable)
・Base salary / 250,000 yen ~
