・Human Resources Strategy Department 2 Business Partner Section Member [Business Overview]
・For the sustainable growth of our company, we will plan and implement human resource strategies that will contribute to new value creation and CSV management.
・We aim to realize the philosophy of our human resource management strategy and improve employee engagement through professional consulting for departmental human resource management.
・Talent management to maximize the use of diverse assets, work style reform including "WorkSMART", creation of a workplace environment where employees can work safely and securely, health promotion, various labor risks, disaster countermeasures, etc. Execute in collaboration with stakeholders

[Specific duties]

・Planning and designing new personnel policies and personnel systems that contribute to the realization of our CSV management and medium-term management strategy, and releasing them to the entire company.
・Establishment/revision/abolition of personnel-related regulations
・Employee engagement related/Engagement survey, iteration
・Planning and promotion of work style reform related measures including WorkSMART
・Human Resource Management Policy Committee Secretariat
・Support/management of grade/remuneration system
・Job evaluation/job description update/management
・Planning/operation support for personnel evaluation system
・Determination of salary revision/bonus payment standards
・Support and consulting regarding personnel policies and system design in each department
・Support and consulting regarding personnel policies and system design for affiliated companies and subsidiaries
・Disaster countermeasures/crisis management
・Administrative Office Counter

Qualification requirements:
No experience is required, but we are looking for people with the following skills to apply as members who will work with us to achieve sustainable growth for the company and create value for society through the advancement of human resource management.
・Ability to think and output appropriately and quickly on problems with no precedent or correct answer in a rapidly changing environment.
