* Business content
・Various operational management of contact centers
Employee management (attendance, personnel evaluation, etc.), report creation, cost management (schedule management), escalation response, etc.
・Establishment of business flow related to insurance solicitation/preservation
New formulation or change of specific operational rules at the contact center.
・Improving existing processes in contact centers
Promoting plans, proposals, and measures to improve productivity and quality.
・Coordinate human relations with related departments and operate the organization smoothly.
Qualification requirements:
* Prerequisite
・Work experience at financial institutions such as non-life insurance, life insurance, securities, and banks (3 years or more)
・Management experience (5 people or more)
・Skills of Office software such as Word and Excel
* Nice to have
・Experience in soliciting non-life insurance, especially automobile insurance
・Experience in administrative planning and system planning at financial institutions, etc.
・Experience operating in a contact center

Working hours:
9/00~18/00 (1 hour lunch break, 15 minute break, actual work 7 hours 45 minutes)
Annual Income/Salary:
4.8 million yen ~ 8 million yen
Annual income 4,800,000 yen - 8,000,000 yen
