Job details

You will be responsible for store management from the start-up of newly opened directly managed stores.
You will be responsible for hiring sales staff, selling lunch boxes, negotiating with business partners, and proposing products.

You will be responsible for managing the sales of bento boxes manufactured at our Tokyo factory (Adachi Ward, Tokyo) and store management.
We will be selling bento boxes made at our Tokyo factory, which just opened last year, at our directly managed store (Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture), which is scheduled to open in September.
First, after hiring, training, and providing guidance to store staff, you will work as a store management SV.
We also plan to ask for product suggestions in the future!

This is a rewarding job where you will be involved from the start of the store.
