*Because it is the face of the company, it tends to look glamorous at first glance, but there are labor troubles and how to deal with them. First of all, we would like to ask for help with recruitment and preparation of personnel materials, but we will consider the work to be entrusted depending on experience etc.

* About work style/busy season/

Depending on the main work you are in charge of, the busy season is from March to July for hiring new graduates, and from June to July/November to December for assistance with bonus assessments.
Overtime hours are about 5-15 hours a month (about 15-25 hours during the busy season), and it is an environment where you can work with a sense of purpose.
